A larger than life character, Suki is the founder and owner of KAILA Properties. Owning a large portfolio of his own properties and having such an innate passion for all things property enabled Suki to delve into lettings, which is how KAILA Properties began. The business has since become one of the most reputable and successful lettings agents in North Lincolnshire. Suki is known for being a friendly, down to earth guy who loves spending time with family and traveling.

The eldest of Sukiʼs two sons, Manni has a background in photography and digital marketing, having achieved a degree from UCA (Farnham) in 2016. Manni is a motivated and focused individual who likes to travel and explore new places. Both Manni and Kay have been involved in the business from a young age. One of his earliest memories is going around Scunthorpe collecting rents from tenants with his dad and younger brother.

The youngest member of the team, often seen as the handyman of the business, Kay likes to try his hand at a bit of everything. He is funny, knowledgable and has a genuine interest in property. Kay is in his element when dealing with our maintenance jobs and overseeing renovations. He is a happy-go-lucky type of guy with a cheeky sense of humour.
